Compassion and Communications Trainer/Coach
I train students and staff in my school and district of schools as well as at the regional level in the Middle East. I delivered Mindful Self-Compassion training at the global Compassion Summit in Amman, Jordan to students from 20 schools of different countries, and this year was chosen to teach an institute on ‘Podcasting to Make a Point: Responsible Social Media Activism’ at the same event in Manama, Bahrain in March 2020.

I own my own boutique record label and publishing company, am a published poet, have been in a British film about English teachers living in the Middle East, and have inked a major label distribution (record) deal with one of the largest and long-standing firms in India (Bajaj International). I produced the world’s largest known community coffee festival (34 cafes and 1 trader’s hub) in South Manchester, UK in 2013.

Presently live and work – Jubail, Saudi Arabia with the International School Group (ISG Jubail).
Service (Currently): Member of the Compassionate Action SIT (school improvement team) and lead the student Compassionate Action ‘Compassion Club’ at the school with a colleague. Co-leading a group of MS students on a Dubai arts and cultural trip in January 2020 for ‘Week Without Walls’. Leader of the Mindful Self-Compassion programs at ISG.
